About Teddy

For most companies, compliance is a nightmare of spreadsheets, complex SaaS tools, audits and endless evidence collection. We're changing that. At the core of our GRC platform are AI agents that guide companies through frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, TISAX®, NIS2, DORA, the EU AI Act and ISO 42001. Teddy is led by two experienced founders. We're a young Berlin startup that emerged from the Antler ecosystem, and we're laying the foundation for something big.

Your role

You'll be our first hire and help build Teddy from day one. As Founders Associate, you'll be the right hand of two experienced founders. You'll own strategic and operational projects and help build the structures that take Teddy from startup to scalable company.

What you'll do

  • Own strategic projects end to end, such as market entry, pricing or partnerships.
  • Prepare fundraising, from investor pipeline and financial model to pitch deck and data room.
  • Help build our sales processes and join early customer conversations.
  • Drive operational topics like funding programs, trademarks, finance, contracts and recruiting.
  • Lead and coordinate working students and external partners.

What you bring

  • An excellent university degree in business, information systems, law or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a startup, strategy consulting, VC or investment banking
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to structure and solve problems without guidance
  • A high degree of ownership, a bias for action and enjoyment of a fast pace
  • Fluent German and English
  • Interest in IT security, compliance or AI is a big plus

Deine Rolle

Du bist unser First Hire und begleitest den Aufbau von Teddy von Tag 1 an. Als Founders Associate bist du die rechte Hand von zwei erfahrenen Gründern. Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich strategische und operative Projekte und baust die Strukturen mit auf, die Teddy vom Startup zum skalierbaren Unternehmen machen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest strategische Projekte von der Analyse bis zur Umsetzung, etwa Markteintritte, Pricing oder Partnerschaften.
  • Du bereitest das Fundraising vor, von Investor-Pipeline und Finanzmodell bis zu Pitch Deck und Datenraum.
  • Du baust Vertriebsprozesse mit auf und begleitest erste Kundengespräche.
  • Du steuerst operative Themen wie Förderprogramme, Markenschutz, Finanzen, Verträge und Recruiting.
  • Du führst und koordinierst Werkstudierende und externe Partner.

Das bringst du mit

  • Einen sehr guten Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Jura oder einem vergleichbaren Fach
  • 1–3 Jahre Erfahrung in einem Startup, in der Strategieberatung, im VC oder im Investment Banking
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, Probleme ohne Anleitung zu strukturieren und zu lösen
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Umsetzungsstärke und Freude an Geschwindigkeit
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
  • Interesse an IT-Security, Compliance oder KI ist ein großes Plus
