Bring your program with you
Moving from Vanta, Drata, Secureframe or spreadsheets? Teddy imports your controls, policies, evidence and risks, and a compliance engineer leads the cutover with you. Your audit timeline keeps running.
From a tool that tracks to agents that do the work
Most compliance tools show you what is missing. Teddy’s agents take on the work behind it.
The tool lists open tasks. Your team still writes the policies, chases evidence and answers questionnaires.
Each new framework means new controls and new evidence, even when most of it already exists.
Where you really stand only becomes clear before the next audit.
Policies, evidence, questionnaires and contract checks arrive ready for your approval.
Your existing controls and evidence count for each new framework you add.
Teddy checks your whole program on a schedule, so gaps show up when they appear.
Nothing you built gets lost
We import what you already have and map it to Teddy’s control set, so the work you did for your last audit keeps counting.
Your controls, owners and framework mappings, merged into one control set.
Your current policies with versions and approvals, ready for the Policy Agent to keep current.
Existing evidence files, linked to the controls they satisfy, with their dates preserved.
Your risk register with treatment decisions and your vendor inventory.
Remediation work in progress, with owners and due dates.
Past audit reports and findings, so your auditor sees continuity.
A cutover, not a restart
Your compliance engineer plans the switch around your audit dates and stays with you until the first agent runs are live.
Switching, answered
Do we have to restart our audit cycle?
No. We plan the switch around your audit dates. Existing evidence and policies are imported, so your current certification and its surveillance audits continue.
Which tools can we switch from?
Any tool that exports data, including Vanta, Drata, Secureframe and other GRC platforms, as well as spreadsheets and document folders. If something cannot be exported cleanly, your compliance engineer handles it with you.
How much work is it for our team?
Mostly a kickoff, an export from your current tool and connecting your systems. The import, mapping and clean-up are done by your compliance engineer.
Can we run both tools in parallel?
Yes. You can keep your old tool until Teddy’s first agent runs are reviewed, then switch over completely.
What does the switch cost?
Migration and onboarding are part of the service. We prepare a quote for your setup after a short demo.
We look at your current setup and audit dates and propose a cutover plan.
