From AI register to evidence

Our agents support every step. You make the decisions.

Step 1

Every AI system in one register

Answer a few questions about the AI you build, buy and use. GetTeddy builds your AI register and sorts each system by risk class and by your role as provider or deployer.

Step 2

Know which duties apply to you

Our Gap Audit Agent checks each system against the obligations of its risk class, from AI literacy to transparency. You start with a clear list of what is missing, each item with an owner.

Step 3

Policies and notices, supported by our agents

GetTeddy drafts your AI use policy, training plan and transparency notices, tailored to how your teams use AI. Evidence flows in from your tech stack and lands on the right obligation. Your team reviews and approves.

Step 4

Ready for high-risk obligations

Risk management, human oversight and logging come together for every high-risk system until each obligation is green. A compliance engineer from our team helps you prepare for the audit.

Questions

Does the EU AI Act apply to us?

Very likely, if you build or use AI systems in the EU. Your obligations depend on the risk class and on whether you are a provider or a deployer.

Which obligations already apply?

The bans on prohibited practices and the AI literacy obligation have applied since 2 February 2025. Further obligations follow in stages.

How does ISO 42001 fit in?

ISO 42001 is a certifiable management system for AI. It covers much of what the EU AI Act expects, and GetTeddy maps both onto the same controls.

Do we still need a consultant?

No. Our agents support every step, and a compliance engineer from our team helps you prepare for the audit.

Where is our data hosted?

In the region you choose, the EU or the US. Your data is kept separate from other customers and encrypted, and GetTeddy does not train AI models on your data.
