About Teddy

For most companies, compliance is a nightmare of spreadsheets, complex SaaS tools, audits and endless evidence collection. We're changing that. At the core of our GRC platform are AI agents that guide companies through frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, TISAX®, NIS2, DORA, the EU AI Act and ISO 42001. Teddy is led by two experienced founders. We're a young Berlin startup that emerged from the Antler ecosystem, and we're laying the foundation for something big.

Your role

You'll work directly on our product and build features our customers use every day. You'll see first-hand how an agent-based SaaS platform is built from the ground up, and your code will ship to production.

What you'll do

  • Build new features across the frontend and backend of our platform.
  • Work on our AI agents, from prompt engineering and tool integrations to evaluations.
  • Build integrations with third-party systems such as cloud providers, ticketing and HR tools.
  • Write tests, improve code quality and help with deployment and monitoring.
  • Bring your own ideas for making the product technically better.

What you bring

  • Enrolled student in computer science, information systems, data science or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with modern web or backend development, for example TypeScript, React or Python, from projects, side jobs or open source
  • Familiarity with Git, APIs and relational databases
  • Interest in LLMs and agentic systems, ideally with some first experience
  • Independent, a fast learner and happy to take ownership of your code
  • Good English; German is a plus
  • Experience with cloud (AWS, GCP or Azure), Docker or IT security is a bonus

What we offer

  • Real responsibility and code that goes to production
  • Direct collaboration with two experienced founders
  • A modern stack and the latest AI models
  • Flexible hours that fit around your studies
  • Fair hourly pay
  • Our office in Berlin, working on site with the team
  • Insights into the Antler network

How to apply

Send us your CV and, if you have one, your GitHub link or a project you're proud of. No cover letter needed.

We welcome applications from everyone, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, disability or sexual orientation.
