About Teddy
For most companies, compliance is a nightmare of spreadsheets, complex SaaS tools, audits and endless evidence collection. We're changing that. At the core of our GRC platform are AI agents that guide companies through frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, TISAX®, NIS2, DORA, the EU AI Act and ISO 42001. Teddy is led by two experienced founders. We're a young Berlin startup that emerged from the Antler ecosystem, and we're laying the foundation for something big.
Your role
You'll support the founding team in day-to-day operations and learn how a startup works from the inside. You'll work on real projects with visible results.
What you'll do
- Research markets, competitors and potential customers.
- Maintain our CRM and support lead generation.
- Create presentations, analyses and sales materials.
- Help with administrative work such as funding applications, bookkeeping preparation and documentation.
- Support content creation for LinkedIn and our website.
What you bring
- Enrolled student in business administration, information systems, industrial engineering or a similar field
- Careful, structured and independent way of working
- Confident with Google Workspace or MS Office and keen to use AI tools productively
- Very good German and good English
- Availability for at least 6 months at 15–20 hours per week

Deine Rolle
Du unterstützt das Gründungsteam im Tagesgeschäft und lernst dabei, wie ein Startup von innen funktioniert. Du arbeitest an echten Projekten mit sichtbarem Ergebnis, kein Kaffeekochen.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du recherchierst Märkte, Wettbewerber und potenzielle Kunden.
- Du pflegst unser CRM und unterstützt bei der Lead-Generierung.
- Du erstellst Präsentationen, Auswertungen und Vertriebsunterlagen.
- Du hilfst bei administrativen Themen wie Förderanträgen, Buchhaltungsvorbereitung und Dokumentation.
- Du unterstützt bei Content für LinkedIn und Website.
Das bringst du mit
- Du bist eingeschriebene*r Student*in in BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem ähnlichen Fach.
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig, strukturiert und selbstständig.
- Du gehst sicher mit Google Workspace oder MS Office um und hast Lust, KI-Tools produktiv einzusetzen.
- Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und gut Englisch.
- Du hast Zeit für mindestens 6 Monate und 15–20 Stunden pro Woche.
